MARINE MAMMAL GUARANTEE POLICY

On all regularly scheduled marine mammal trips, we guarantee marine mammal sightings. In the event that marine mammals are not sighted, a free pass will be issued for another trip. Marine Mammals include whales or dolphins or porpoise, all members of the order Cetacean. The guarantee only applies to marine mammal watching trips. Special events are not part of our regularly scheduled trips. No refunds will be offered.

TICKET / RESERVATION POLICY

Tickets purchased and reservations made for the Cape May Whale Watcher are held up until 30 minutes prior to departure. After the 30 minute threshold, pre-purchased tickets may be automatically rescheduled for a future trip if capacity is reached.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

EMAIL OPT IN POLICY

Ticket confirmations, notifications and deals will be sent via the email you supply for this purchase. This information will only be used by Cape May Whale Watcher, Spirit of Cape May and Miss Chris Boats. This information will not be sold and or otherwise distributed. If you do not wish to receive future emails from Cape May Whale Watcher, Spirit of Cape May or Miss Chris Boats, you may opt to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

SPECIALTY CRUISE POLICY/ FIREWORKS CRUISE

All trips and prices subject to change. Fireworks are not the property of Cape May Whale Watcher. Cape May Whale Watcher is providing a cruise. The quality of fireworks or the number of fireworks, timing of fireworks, or ability to have fireworks based on weather is at the discretion of Lower Township or Cape May City, not Cape May Whale Watcher. Sea Conditions and Weather are also beyond the control of Cape May Whale Watcher and Spirit of Cape May.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. All tickets are non-transferable. In the event of a trip cancellation, issued by the captain of the vessel, a refund is possible within 30 days of the canceled trip. After the 30 day period, a canceled trip ticket is only valid for a future trip. The ticket holder can opt in the event of a canceled trip to transfer the ticket to another trip, subject to availability.

BOARDING PASS POLICY

All tickets and vouchers must be redeemed for boarding passes prior to boarding any vessel.

WEATHER POLICY

Trips sail rain or shine. The vessel can safely and comfortably accommodate passengers in a dry, climate controlled cabin. In the event of inclement weather, the trip will still sail and no refunds will be provided. See our refund policy.

VOUCHER POLICY

If you are redeeming a voucher for tickets, you must present your voucher at the ticket booth. Your voucher must be exchanged for a boarding pass. You may not board the vessel without a boarding pass. Everyone in your party must possess a voucher, no matter what the age. The discounts on this website, our Cape May Whale Watcher printed material, and available through social media are not applicable with voucher deals. No person rides for free with voucher redemption. Vouchers are subject to restricted times of departure, restricted dates, and restricted capacity. You must call a minimum of one week in advance of your trip date and schedule your reservation. While making your reservation, you must state you possess a voucher and intend to utilize for this reservation. Failure to state your intention to utilize your voucher will result in your voucher being ineligible for redemption at the time of your reservation.

TRIPS AND PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE POLICY

All trips and prices are subject to change. Shoulder season trips are subject to a minimum number of 25 passengers.

DOG POLICY

Well behaved, leashed dogs are allowed aboard the vessel outside the cabin.

DINNER CRUISE POLICY

Patrons must reserve by noon the day of the trip they wish to go, or before. You must state you wish to be reserved on the Dinner Cruise. You must reserve with a credit card. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by no later than noon, 12:00 PM, the day of your trip.
